BOOMBOKS By VCA is operated by Vince Carol and Associates LLC, 9 Opdyke Rd, Frenchtown, NJ 08825, USA.
What we collect
- Account details, such as your name and email.
- The answers you give when building a Blueprint.
- Photos you upload.
- Your saved projects and Workstation content.
- Basic usage data needed to run the site.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To build and save your Blueprints, Workstations, business plans, decks and landing pages; run your account; process payments; provide support; and improve the service.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run BOOMBÖKS: hosting and database, Stripe for payments, AI providers that help generate your documents, and email delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can view, update or delete your projects at any time. To delete your account and data, email hello@vca-os.com.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
Children
BOOMBOKS is not intended for children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new date at the top.
